About the SAGES Surgical Wiki

The SAGES Surgical Wiki is an English language, web-based surgical encyclopedia available as a reference for physicians and the general public. Contributions can be made by any SAGES member or candidate member, and the contents are viewable by all visitors to the SAGES website. The goal of this project is to provide content which covers existing surgical knowledge and updates on recent research. All SAGES members are invited to add, edit, cross-link, and provide citations according to the SAGES wiki policy.
